1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lexacore platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity (referred to as "Client"), you confirm you possess the authorized mandate to bind the Client to these terms.

2. Services & Legal Disclaimer

Lexacore provides an AI-native legal intelligence platform (comprising ContractIQ, LitiPredict, ComplianceRadar, and LexCounsel AI).

• No Legal Representation: The platform represents an intelligence tool for automated review and informational search. Lexacore does not provide legal representation or official legal advice.
• No Attorney-Client Privilege: Your use of the platform and communications with the LexCounsel AI assistant do not establish a licensed attorney-client relationship.
• Verification Recommended: While our accuracy rate is validated by Hallucination Guard, we recommend verified legal reviews for high-stakes filings.

3. User Accounts & Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining account authentication details, configuring Biometric MFA credentials, and preventing unpermitted access to company folders.

4. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Platform access is billed monthly under the selected tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Payments are due upon receipt of automated invoices. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to billing cycle changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the platform architecture, NLP systems, and AI models belong to Lexacore. The Client retains complete ownership and intellectual rights to all legal contracts and data files uploaded to their private tenant space.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
