1. Introduction

At LexacoreCompany (operating under Lexacore Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your corporate and personal legal data. This Privacy Policy governs our data ingestion, processing, and storage practices in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India) and other applicable privacy frameworks.

2. Information Collection

We collect information necessary to deliver legal intelligence tools:

• Account credentials: Email, full name, company designation, and professional details.
• Document Ingestion: Contracts, lease papers, and compliance records uploaded to the platform. Note: All document contents are immediately encrypted at rest using tenant-specific keys.
• Chat Logs: Direct questions and inputs supplied to the LexCounsel AI assistant.

3. Data Isolation & Zero-Knowledge Guarantee

We execute tenant-level database isolation. Files stored in your Legal Vault are encrypted with keys that even our system administrators cannot access. Furthermore, we do not utilize client contracts or chat logs to train or refine our global AI models, preventing any data leakages.

4. Data Residency & Sovereignty

In compliance with India\'s data localization guidelines, all customer data, document servers, and vector databases are housed securely in the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1). No corporate legal documents are transferred or processed outside the sovereign boundaries of India.

5. User Rights (DPDP Act)

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you retain the following rights regarding personal data:

• Right to access summaries of personal data undergoing processing.
• Right to seek correction, updating, or complete erasure of account data.
• Right to nominate a representative to manage consent controls.
